Job Description
The Case Management team is responsible for streamlining fraud signals across departments and improving operational workflows. We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven intern to join our team.
The successful candidate will assist with the intake, tagging, and triage of fraud-related case submissions. They will also document return materials processes for traceability and evidence handling.
Additionally, the intern will support the creation and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fraud and marketing workflows. They will collaborate with decision science and technical teams to align platform inputs.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with the intake, tagging, and triage of fraud-related case submissions;
* Documenting return materials processes for traceability and evidence handling;
* Supporting the creation and refinement of SOPs for fraud and marketing workflows;
* Collaborating with Fraud Ops Decision Science and Technical teams to align platform inputs;
* Participating in testing and feedback for new platform features;
* Helping draft reports and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who is currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics Finance Information Systems Criminal Justice or a related field. Strong academic performance and attention to detail are essential.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about structured processes and operational efficiency. They should be comfortable working across tools like Jira Confluence and Excel.
