Job Role
The Commercial Account Executive is responsible for managing existing customer accounts and growing business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, complex sales projects, relationship building, and meeting sales targets.
* Account Management:
o Develop account plans to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals.
o Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts.
o Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
o Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
* Sales and Revenue:
o Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
o Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
o Negotiate and close deals effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need:
* A proven track record in sales, preferably in the software industry.
* Experience with long sales cycles and negotiation techniques.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
