Project Management Expertise
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives in an agile engineering environment.
This role involves owning end-to-end delivery from planning through execution and completion. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
* Partnering closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams.
* Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and adjusting plans as priorities evolve.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
