O estagiário administrativo de Vendas auxiliará a equipe de Vendas no lançamento de filmes no sistema, lidando com rotinas administrativas e operacionais do departamento;
Principais atividades:
* Enviar e controlar KDms para os cinemas de todo o país;
* Relatórios semanais para a equipe;
* Coleta de venda antecipada;
* Apoiar as equipes de vendas da divisão Theatrical, analisando e controlando o processo de conferência dos cinemas;
* Também acompanhar a taxa de acessibilidade com a exibição de cada filme;
Qualificações e experiência:
* Cursando Finanças, Administração, relações internacionais ou similar, período NOTURNO, com previsão para formação em 2027 em diante;
* Organizado, detalhista, analítico;
* Confortável com rotinas diárias;
* Focado em números;
* Habilidade para trabalho em equipe;
* Capacidade de lidar com tarefas operacionais e rotineiras;
* Inglês básico;
* Excel Intermediário;
* Ambição de entregar além do solicitado;
* Capacidade de executar as tarefas com um olhar analítico.
