Sales Development Leader role at a pioneering IoT company

Role Overview

The Sales Development Manager is a key position combining leadership and individual contribution. You will lead a regional sales development team while driving outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for strategic accounts. This role requires a hands-on, results-driven leader with expertise in B2B tech or IoT sales development, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive outbound prospecting campaigns, qualify leads, and meet KPIs for outreach and pipeline development.
* Recruit, train, and manage sales development representatives across LATAM; implement coaching programs and monitor performance.
* Oversee sales development workflows, optimize lead quality, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events.
* Act as liaison between field sales, marketing, and global operations; ensure smooth handoffs to account executives.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), track KPIs, and deliver performance insights.
* Serve as escalation point for key accounts and foster long-term relationships.
* Analyze metrics, recommend process enhancements, and drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
* Experience: 4+ years in sales development roles, including 1–2 years in leadership.
* Proven outbound sales success in B2B tech, SaaS, or IoT.
* Strong organizational and coaching abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach platforms (Salesloft, Outreach).
* Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
* Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
* Ability to align solutions with customer business goals.
Additional Details
* Location: Campinas, Brazil.
* Schedule: Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays; on-call availability for escalations.
* Travel: ~15% within Brazil and internationally for meetings, training, and events.
