Quality Control Coordinator - Your future position?
As a member of the GNutra Flavors team, reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll have the responsibility of managing the workload and development of the Quality Control team; work with the control of Raw Materials and Finished Products, and supporting relevant investigations.
In this challenging role, you will:
* Coordinate a variety of quality tests (physical, chemical, and content) and sensory tests on raw materials, process controls, and finished products.
* Ensure the input of results into SAP resulting in the approval or rejection of the product report.
* Identify and plan opportunities for improvements in quality control.
* Conduct investigations of results that fall outside the specified range.
* Identify and document product and process non-conformities, lead the investigation process, and propose action plans.
* Monitor the accuracy of evaluations, test results, and the final decision for material usage and product release.
* Resolve technical issues with suppliers, customers, and partners.
* Work observing all relevant requirements, including ISO 17025, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), Food Safety, and internal safety guidelines.
* Contribute to the maintenance and retention of the team by identifying development needs, promotions, transfers and replacements. Also, promotes performance management and feedback, aligned with the strategic policies of the Human Resources department.
You?
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related fields.
* 3+ years of experience working as a Quality Control Analyst or related position.
* Previous team leading experience required.
* Advanced level of English required.
* Training as an FSSC22000 and ISO 17025 Auditor is differential.
