Key Account Coordinator Role
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Account Coordinator who can deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage calls with customers and technicians, and maintain effective communication with clients and business partners.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Oversight of customer satisfaction: ensuring expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
* Effective call management between customers and technicians.
* Scheduling, confirmation, and rescheduling of installations.
* Provision of timely notifications to customers.
* Coordination of routes and job assignments for technicians.
* Monitoring of technician ETA updates and real-time information dissemination to customers.
* Assistance with emails and incoming calls as needed.
* Escalation of situations with confidence, empathy, and composure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with field-service coordination expertise.
* Advanced English fluency (C1 or C2 level).
* Possession of excellent multitasking skills and the ability to remain focused and positive under pressure.
* Independence and high levels of responsibility, with the capacity to work independently without direct supervision.
