As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for:
* Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
* Supporting and guiding one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partnering with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
