About the Role

We are expanding our presence in Brazil and seeking a Sales & Operations Lead to ensure every customer order and shipment runs smoothly, from confirmation to delivery. This is a hands-on role where you will own the order-to-cash cycle, drive continuous improvements, and act as the connector between Sales, Finance, Logistics partners, and customers.

What You’ll Do

* Manage inbound & outbound logistics, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery.
* Own the order-to-cash cycle:
processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing invoicing.
* Align demand, supply, and inventory with sales forecasts.
* Serve as the daily link between Sales, Finance (external back-office), logistics partners, and customers.
* Support billing, collections, and proactive customer communications.
* Report weekly KPIs (delivery performance, AR overdue, issue resolution).
* Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for scalability.


What We’re Looking For

* 4–7+ years in sales operations, logistics coordination, or customer operations in a B2B setting.
* Hands-on experience managing licensed import partners and 3PL providers.
* Strong knowledge of electronic invoicing and commercial documentation in Brazil.
* Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with CRM/partner portals.
* Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
* A customer-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.


Nice to Have

* Experience in industrial chemicals, lubricants, or distribution.
* Knowledge of foreign-trade documentation and warehouse cycles.
* Basic process-improvement skills.
