How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Responsável pelo planejamento e execução de manutenção em equipamentos e instalações nos clientes da sua região, através da análise e solução de problemas e orientação técnica dos usuários para uso adequado de equipamento e instalações, visando atender aos objetivos estabelecidos, respeitando os procedimentos técnicos da Engenharia. Prestar assistência técnica em obras nos clientes, elaborar orçamentos e proceder regularizações necessárias. Atuar na área de projetos de instalações da regional, de acordo com as normas e procedimentos da empresa. Possui conhecimentos técnicos para atender às necessidades do cargo, mas, pode necessitar de orientação para realizar atividades mais complexas.
Como parte integrante de suas responsabilidades neste cargo, deverá assumir funções específicas definidas pelos Sistemas de Gestão Industrial e Operacional (SGI & SGO) incluindo as relativas aos processos de Segurança dos Alimentos e Medicalização que lhe sejam atribuídas, devendo realizar adequadamente as atividades atribuídas a estas funções como definido nos documentos que estabelecem estes sistemas.
* Cumprir e fazer cumprir com o programa de manutenções preventivas para os equipamentos e instalações de sua área de atuação; garantindo sua disponibilidade, se necessário for, por atendimentos emergenciais.
* Cumprir e fazer cumprir com os procedimentos operacionais e de segurança estabelecidos para a área.
* Contribuir para melhoria dos índices de custos e performance do setor.
* Efetuar levantamento de dados para projetos e desenvolvimentos (equipamentos e instalações).
* Realizar testes operacionais, inspeções e higienizações para garantir segurança, conservação e eficiência dos equipamentos e instalações de sua área de atuação.
* Emitir relatórios de performance do setor, controlar peças de reposição e backup de equipamentos em sua área de atuação.
* Realizar auto-auditorias ou auditorias externas quando solicitado e tratar as não conformidades de sua área.
* Identificar oportunidades de melhoria de eficiência, qualidade e segurança, seja pelo desenvolvimento de novos processos, fornecedores ou rotinas de trabalho.
