Sales Executive Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling systems/services within the metals market, in line with our division strategy. They will achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sell products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profit-ability targets.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promote their understanding of our complete systems/services offering, and align with them to provide a solution.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Prepare sales plans using authorized tools.
- Perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plans, in case of any potential order shortfalls.
- Create added value for customers and us by using effective sales techniques.
- Communicate details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with our offering and strategy.
- Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers.
- Identify and drive development of new market opportunities in designated markets.
- Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
- Prepare offers in coordination with bid and proposal department and/or Marketing Manager.
- Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers are in place, including prices and trading conditions.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not limited to engineering (electrical or automation).
- Solid sales experience is necessary.
- Availability to travel is a must.
- Knowledge of the metals segment is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial automation is nice to have.
- Knowledge of digitalization is preferred.
- Language: Advanced English is necessary.
