As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for driving growth through emotion-led ad creative. Our best ads spark nostalgia and feeling—the message lives in the visuals, pacing, and music, not long copy.
You will partner with editors and UGC creators to build, test, and scale high-converting video concepts for Meta. Your primary focus will be on turning insights into scroll-stopping hooks and storyboards, selecting music, pacing, and shot lists that carry the message.
* Develop concise briefs for UGC creators/editors, source and manage creators, and guide editing (cuts, rhythm, captions/overlays when needed) to maximize thumb-stop, CTR, and CVR.
* Launch rapid tests, read performance (nCAC, CTR, hold rate, ROAS), and iterate fast to ensure optimal results.
* Repurpose winners into statics, maintaining a swipe file of winning references and trend formats.

* Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers on weekly sprints.

* Proven record of video ads that convert (please share links/reels).
* Strong sense of music selection, timing, and visual narrative.
* Comfortable with data: can read a dashboard and decide the next test.
* UGC + short-form paid social experience (Meta required; TikTok/YouTube a plus).
* Clear briefs, fast iterations; low-ego, high-ownership.
