Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Reviews & Succession Planning

Collaborates in the design and implementation of the global Talent Management framework to ensure a strong and consistent leadership pipeline across the organization. Aligns Oracle systems with business needs and drives global adoption of talent practices. Facilitates annual Talent Reviews and calibration sessions, partners with Regional HR to identify critical roles, and develops succession plans for M4+ leadership positions. Monitors development progress and provides talent insights and metrics to support workforce planning and strategic decisions.

  • Learning & Development

Leads the global Learning & Development strategy aligned with business priorities and capability needs. Works closely with HR and business leaders to define learning priorities and deliver leadership, management, and professional development programs. Oversees Learning and Oracle Learning platforms, including governance, campaigns, user experience, and vendor management. Tracks participation, engagement, and career outcomes, using data, KPIs, and ROI analysis to continuously improve learning effectiveness.

  • Pyxus Academy Rotational Program

Leads the design, governance, and execution of the rotational program, partnering with business leaders and HR to identify opportunities and participants. Coordinates selection, development plans, and stakeholder alignment, while monitoring progress and outcomes to strengthen the internal talent pipeline through hands-on and cross-functional experiences.

  • Reporting & KPIs

Develops and tracks metrics to measure the efficiency and impact of talent and learning initiatives, using data-driven insights to improve processes.

  • Budget & Resource Management

Monitors budget adherence and manages contracts with external vendors to ensure effective and strategic use of resources.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field required
  • Relevant business operations and Human Resources experience
  • Experience in deploying Talent Reviews & Succession Planning, Learning and Development programs and rotational development initiatives
  • Strong change agility and proven ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Leadership experience or comparable leadership responsibility
  • Influencing diverse teams in a global organization without formal leadership
  • Strategic orientation and critical thinking skills with the ability to align and integrate HR programs toward a holistic global approach to localization and business applicability
  • Demonstrated success in driving and successfully completing HR projects and process improvements in a global workplace
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills across levels, with an ability to persuade and influence, and the ability to build enthusiasm and commitment
  • Highly flexible, agile, collaborative, and effective at leading and delivering business imperatives in a dynamic environment
  • Business acumen paired with a hands-on mentality and the ability to match business needs with HR deliverables
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to integrate complex data into insights to create future-focused, high-impact people business strategies
  • Work experience in multiple HR roles and organizations (COE, HRBP, SS)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressured, ambiguous work environment, paying close attention to detail and meeting business-driven deadlines
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple activities and shift priorities meeting established deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to break down problems into manageable tasks and processes while challenging assumptions
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with extreme professionalism and discretion
