About the Role: This is a hybridposition, requiring a mix of remote work and in-office presence.The Salesforce Implementation Consultant will be responsible forthe technical delivery of Salesforce projects, includingconfiguration, customization, integrations, and deployments.Working closely with the Solutions Lead, who handles discovery andarchitecture, this role owns the execution phase of projects whilealso managing timelines, client communication, and day-to-daydelivery. Key Responsibilities: Build and configure Salesforcesolutions from defined specs and user stories, flows, Apex, LWC,integrations, data migrations, the works. Own the project plan:break down user stories into tasks, manage the timeline, trackprogress, and hit delivery milestones. Run regular client statusupdates, communicate progress and blockers clearly, and managescope change conversations. Coordinate UAT with clients, ensurequality before go-live, and manage deployments to production.Maintain technical documentation and project artifacts throughoutthe engagement. Identify risks early and escalate when needed.Qualifications: 3+ years of Salesforce implementation experience(configuration, Apex, integrations). Comfortable owningclient-facing communication and project management on mid-sizeengagements. Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs ormiddleware platforms. Strong written and verbal communicationskills, you can explain technical decisions to a non-technicalclient. Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable.Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I, AdvancedAdmin, or equivalent).
