Position Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on AI Solutions Engineer with strong experience in delivering end-to-end AI and Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives. This professional will play a critical role in bridging business challenges with technical execution, driving high-impact innovation aligned with enterprise goals.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, capable of operating in ambiguous environments, influencing executive stakeholders, and leading AI-driven transformation initiatives—particularly within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead AI/GenAI projects from ideation through prototyping and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Translate complex and ambiguous business problems into structured, high-impact technical roadmaps for executive stakeholders (C-level)
• Act as a strategic advisor, challenging assumptions and prioritizing initiatives with the highest business return
• Design and implement scalable AI solutions leveraging modern cloud architectures and services
• Operate effectively in “Day Zero” environments, establishing direction, frameworks, and delivery models from scratch
• Drive digital transformation initiatives by building sustainable, scalable, and high-adoption solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, data, and leadership stakeholders
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience delivering AI and/or Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong ability to bridge business and technology, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience designing AI architectures and deploying solutions in cloud environments
• Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, RAG architectures, and intelligent agents
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud
• Ability to operate autonomously in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in consulting or transformation-driven roles
• Knowledge of enterprise-scale digital transformation strategies
• Familiarity with data platforms, MLOps, and AI governance
• Spanish proficiency (desirable)
