* Participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to expand our network and stay up-to-date on market trends.
Responsibilities:
Key Partner Relationships
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on Wialon-related business matters.
* Cultivate long-term partnerships through regular communication, online meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
* Develop and implement strategies to strengthen collaboration and address partner concerns.
Onboarding and Integration
* Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless transition into the Wialon ecosystem.
* Ensure partners have a thorough understanding of our policies, pricing, billing, support, and development procedures.
Business Development and Collaboration
* Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth, working closely with partners to develop tailored solutions.
* Support partners in migrating their customers to Wialon, guaranteeing smooth transitions.
* Monitor partner success, identifying challenges and areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
* Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles within the IT sector.
* Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish at a professional level.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw conclusions from data.
* Excellent time management and productivity skills in fast-paced environments.
