About the Role:
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of Adobe Campaign Classic, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize sophisticated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of Adobe Campaign Classic, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
* Design, develop, and manage complex multi-channel marketing campaigns utilizing custom resources, real-time events, advanced workflows, content blocks, fragments, and typology rules.
* Ensure the integrity, quality, and accuracy of customer data to enable precise targeting and segmentation.
* Implement and optimize marketing automation processes to streamline campaign execution and maximize efficiency.
* Leverage dynamic content and personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
* Mentor and guide a team of junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Collaborate with upstream and downstream systems using REST API services, ensuring seamless data integration and process automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on Adobe Campaign Classic (V7/V8).
* Deep understanding of Adobe Campaign Classic use cases, best practices, and campaign management intricacies.
* Proven ability to design and execute complex marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST API integration.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
Nice to Have:
* Adobe Campaign Classic certification.
* Experience in the financial services or lending industry.
