The Cloud People, a growing ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner in Europe, the US, and Brazil, is looking for UX/UI designer to join our team in Brazil and work on global projectsResponsibilities- Improve the look and feel of the user interfaces leveraging ServiceNow technology
- Create overall concepts for the user experience within the product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers and employees to understand
- Design the aesthetics to be implemented within solutions developed by The Cloud People
- Preparing research & design strategy for customer case
- Ad hoc UX/UI advisory
- Preparing and conducting workshops with customers
- Conducting research and analyzing findings
- Conduct testing of completed applications to assess usability
Qualifications- Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design
- Proficient with Figma, Miro
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
- Experience in collaborating with development teams
- Experience creating Information Architecture, Personas, User flows
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
- Professional written and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, written and oral
- Continued education and research into UX/UI trends and current design strategy and technology
- Nice-to-have: Experience with ServiceNow
