Mergulhe no universo digital para amplificar a cultura da nossa marca, garantindo que ela não seja apenas vista, mas sentida, repercutindo entre fãs e seguidores em todo o mundo!Essential Job Functions/Funções Essenciais da posiçãoDevelop and implement integrated digital marketing and paid media strategies across platforms, aligned with brand objectives and local market needs.Lead day-to-day campaign planning, execution, and optimization across key paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, X/Twitter).Support media strategy and campaign execution in assigned markets, ensuring timely delivery, optimization, and performance analysis of paid digital campaigns.Oversee local organic and paid social media presence, including content calendar development, community management, and performance monitoring.Manage digital deliverables for streamers and ambassadors, ensuring brand alignment and tracking performance on earned and paid media.Support local marketing teams in developing promotional microsites and landing pages, ensuring compliance with Monster Energy’s global digital guidelines.Collaborate with global and regional teams to localize web content, maintain product listings, and highlight local Events, Athletes, Ambassadors, and Streamers.Work alongside the Analytics team to deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with actionable insights and media performance highlights.Lead digital content curation and copywriting for organic and paid media channels. Extract content insights to continuously improve digital performance and inform creative direction.Keep up to date on the latest media trends, emerging media and the holistic media landscape. Stay connected to the media marketplace and develop relationships with media vendors. Support e-Commerce efforts with media campaigns that will help drive and measure sales.Position Requirements/Requisitos da posiçãoPrefer a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.Additional Experience Desired: 3-5 years in marketing with a beverage, CPG lifestyle brand.Additional Experience Desired: 3-5 years in Digital Marketing Communications and Public Relations.Computer Skills Desired: Advanced Microsoft Office, Project Management Software (e.g., Airtable, ClickUp).Preferred Certifications: Strong understanding of digital media, including social media, programmatic, influencer marketing; basic knowledge of traditional media.Additional Knowledge or Skills: Fluent in English; experience with lifestyle marketing, digital media, sponsorships, event marketing, influencers; deep understanding of social platforms and current content trends.
