We are looking for an IT Support Analyst who wants to learn and transform their career.
In this role you will:
* Provision, modify, and deprovision user access for Slack in accordance with documented procedures and security policies
* Respond to end-user “how-to” questions Slack and its out of the box and custom features.
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate Slack issues, escalating more complex problems when appropriate
* Provide first-level support for common Windows operating system issues that might be adversely affecting the Slack desktop application.
* Manage multiple open issues concurrently while meeting service-level expectations
* Follow written SOPs, Work Instructions and Job Aids consistently and accurately
* Assist with maintaining documentation, including updating existing procedures and creating new procedures as needed
* Communicate clearly and professionally with users, technical teams, and stakeholders
* Problem-solving and analytical thinking
* Time management and attention to detail
* Process adherence and documentation discipline
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader IT team
* Adaptability in a fast-paced support environment
Mandatory Skills:
* Experience in an IT Operational Support, Service Desk, or similar technical support role
* Working knowledge of the Windows operating system and ability to troubleshoot common user issues
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
* Ability to follow detailed written procedures and processes
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Customer-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail
