Account Growth Manager
You will be the primary point of contact for agency clients, fostering strong relationships and driving campaign success. Your expertise in client communication and relationship building will ensure a seamless experience.
1. Client Communication:
* Be the main point of contact for each clinic client.
* Communicate daily via calls, emails, and texts to keep clients informed.
* Provide clear updates on campaign performance and next steps.
2. Onboarding:
* Lead new clients through setup, ensuring tracking and campaigns are properly configured.
* Set expectations around timelines, deliverables, and performance goals.
3. Campaign Performance:
* Review ad and funnel performance daily, track metrics like CPL, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate.
* Identify drops or issues early and diagnose potential causes.
* Suggest actionable fixes to improve campaign performance.
4. Collaboration:
* Communicate findings and improvement plans to relevant team members.
* Ensure changes are executed effectively and followed through.
5. Key Responsibilities:
* Client performance metrics (leads, bookings, show %, close %).
* Client satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates.
* Proactive communication and problem-solving.
* Strategic understanding of marketing and sales processes, connecting data insights to business outcomes.
