Job Title: Sales Representative
Hours: 20 hours/week (4 hours/day) during PST business hours.

Job Overview: This role is focused on driving new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and effective communication within the digital marketing space.
Primary Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and platforms like to generate new business opportunities
* Follow up consistently on inbound and company-provided leads
* Proactively identify and build your own lead lists through research and professional platforms
* Engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team
* Clearly communicate our value proposition within the digital marketing landscape
* Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified prospects
Qualifications
* • Strong understanding of the digital landscape (high-level knowledge of and other professional platforms)
* • Proven ability to both follow up on leads and independently generate new prospects
* • Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
* • Comfortable making and receiving outbound sales calls
* • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* • Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven
* • Reliable computer and consistent internet connection
