Technical Program Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our delivery efforts for key customers across various technological tracks. In this role, you will be responsible for managing delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion, staying within scope, and meeting budget requirements.
* Manage and Lead Teams: Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, leading teams across technologies.
* Ensure Regular Updates: Provide regular updates to customer stakeholders through Weekly Status Reports (WSRs).
* Conduct Business Reviews: Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure alignment with project goals.

* Project Delivery: Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget by working closely with technology teams.
* Customer Engagement: Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand project scope and document it according to defined standards.
* Team Management: Manage and lead teams across technologies, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Quality Control: Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure quality control procedures meet high standards.
* Customer Satisfaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Service Review Meetings: Service/Project Review meetings with customers and management.
* Process Adoption: Adopt customer-specific processes and methodologies.
* Risk Management: Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks effectively.
* SLA Compliance: Ensure project teams meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and avoid service credits or penalties.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices.
* Conflict Resolution: Utilize effective conflict resolution and negotiation tactics to maintain high-level performance within service teams.
* KPI Establishment: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as performance metrics for team members.
