Main Responsibilities
* Originate and Structure Projects Map new project opportunities, markets, and clusters. Perform initial triage, evaluating technical, regulatory, and commercial viability;
* Evaluate and Structure Viability Analyses Critically, organize, and consistently structure analyses;
* Licencing and Regulation Management Follow up on licencing processes, authorizations, and reports. Interact with regulatory areas to ensure technical alignment and deadlines;
* Anticipate Risks and Suggest Preventative Measures;
* Cross-Functional Coordination Engage internal areas (regulation, legal, engineering, energy, market) to unlock topics;
* Ensure Clear Communication Maintain simple, direct, and structured communication to avoid rework;
* Presentation of Decision Materials Prepare presentations, notes, and executive analyses for committees;
* Synthesize Complex Information Clearly, logically, and decision-oriented synthesis;
* Highlight Risks, Options, Premises, and Recommendations;
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
* 1–3 years of development experience in renewable energy projects;
* Familiarity with access processes (ONS/ANEEL), sector norms, land rights, environmental licensing, contracts, and resource analysis;
* Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI;
* English: Fluent.
