OverviewJoin to apply for the Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish It Industry role at Nexer Telescope.ResponsibilitiesAs a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and support relocation processes.Build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate with a competent global team of recruiters and the Swedish management for relocation.Collaborate with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Assist with visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and other relocation logistics.Work with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Required qualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.Solid network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self confident, sociable, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.Durable and persistent, with the capacity to take a “no” as a reason to try harder.Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.Offer and LogisticsFull-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Start ASAP. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Location: remote work or from a co-working center of your choice.
