About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and bilingual Service Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our IT Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in multiple languages (English and another language)
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
