Job Description
Lead high-impact analytics initiatives that drive decisions across the agribusiness value chain. In this role, you will own the delivery roadmap for Data & Analytics in North Latin America, working closely with business stakeholders, IT services, and data teams to translate priorities into solutions that deliver measurable value.
Own and prioritize the regional analytics roadmap, balancing business needs, profitability, and innovation.
Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team (internal & external), ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
Establish standards and governance for analytics solutions; champion self‑service data capabilities to empower business users.
Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and collaborate with finance to maximize ROI on analytics investments.
Serve as primary liaison for senior leaders, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and agile decision‑making.
Experience
Solid experience in Data & Analytics leadership or service management, with agile program experience and proven stakeholder management.
Hands‑on familiarity with Azure/MSSQL ecosystems, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), ETL, data modeling; MDM knowledge is a plus.
Strong business insight (ideally in trading/commodities), financial acumen, and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related.
