Triage, troubleshoot, and document issues; escalate to senior engineers or the Systems Architect with clear reproduction steps when needed. Provide first-level technical support to end users for collaboration products and service. Assist in monitoring and maintaining collaboration platform health under guidance. Perform basic configuration changes, updates, and validation in line with change management Document system configurations, runbooks, and procedures; contribute to the Collaboration Hub SharePoint site. Learn and follow established security, governance, and compliance protocols. Support data collection and reporting for platform usage and service performance. Assist in delivering training sessions and end-user-facing documentation for collaboration products and services. Support license administration for digital collaboration products and services. Support vendor relationships under guidance — billing cycles, product upkeep, and renewals. Contribute to use-case analysis for widely used tools to identify opportunities for consolidation and standardizationRequired Skills & QualificationsLearns and adopts team vision and goals; follows established strategic direction. Entry-level Microsoft certifications preferred (MS-900, MS-700, or equivalent). Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 admin center, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Viva. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Purview, licensing, and tenant administration concepts. Awareness of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio agents (declarative / "lite" agents). Scripting fundamentals (PowerShell preferred; Python or Bash a plus).
