As a Training Coordinator, you will be the key contact point for all local stakeholders, overseeing training session delivery.
You will work closely and in partnership with the customer's learning delivery team to ensure seamless coordination of activities within the service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze training needs provided by clients and determine the number of sessions required to train trainees according to courses and site locations.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as necessary.
* Organize training sessions based on trainee expectations and availability to guarantee successful execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Exposure to an international work environment.
* Strong understanding of the training landscape and its evolution.
