Learn more at We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our Label Relations team in Brazil to develop local relationships with labels and support within the team. In this role, you will collaborate with our Digital Music Distribution partners and Labels to provide the best music experience for our customers. Label Relations handle the existing music relationships, contribute to collaborative efforts internally and externally around content launches, events, and promotions. Label Relations Managers work closely with Programming, Artist Marketing, Content, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and International teams.The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial attitude, must be highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, strong background in fostering relationships, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality products that customers love.Come innovate with the Amazon Music team Key job responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships within the music industry in Brazil (labels, artists, managers).Creating and driving end-to-end campaigns in collaboration with internal teams at Amazon Music.Directly manage the day-to-day relationship with select music labels.Converting new opportunities into campaigns that drive Amazon Music's business goals.Planning and executing numerous projects, analyzing performance and optimizing future campaigns based on their results.Ensuring content availability in collaboration with Operations and Content Acquisition teams, and driving continuous improvement in digital music operations.Supporting new release planning and launches.Contributing to various Amazon Music projects from a content and analytics perspective.Balancing day-to-day business needs with long-term business goals.Maintain music cultural expertise by monitoring industry trends and identifying new opportunities.Partner with Artist Marketing, Social Media, Content, Programming, PR, Licensing, BA, Product, and Marketing teams to rally resources, content, and development needs.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of experience within Music Industry (label relations or account management, product/project management or sales/marketing), ideally at a record label/distributor, artist management company or DSP.Excellent data analysis and quantitative skills.Experience in team-oriented work environment.Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders.Fluent English.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Portuguese).Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment.Strong attention to detail.Proactive attitude, willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
