You'll excel here if you:
 * Love enterprise sales — You've successfully closed deals with R$50K+ MRR and understand long sales cycles
 * Are comfortable with outreach when needed — You can cold call, cold email, and work LinkedIn when the situation calls for it
 * Embrace AI — You use ChatGPT, Clay, and other AI tools daily to optimize your workflow
 * Think like an owner — You're comfortable with rapid changes and take full ownership of your results
 * Solve complex problems — You can distill customer use cases and position our no-code platform as the solution
Your day-to-day:
 * Manage full sales cycle for enterprise accounts (R$50K+ MRR)
 * Handle incoming leads and qualify prospects
 * Conduct product demos and navigate complex buying committees
 * Execute targeted outreach campaigns when business needs require it
 * Use AI tools to automate prospecting, research, and follow-ups
 * Collaborate with our Solution Engineers on technical implementations
 * Build scalable sales processes as we grow
 * Adapt to various sales activities based on startup priorities

Requirements:
 * 3+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
 * Proven track record with both inbound lead management and outbound sales
 * Experience selling to enterprise clients (Fortune 500 preferred)
 * Fluent in English and Portuguese
 * Comfortable with high-ticket sales (R$30K+ MRR minimum)
 * Experience with CRM tools and sales automation
 * Strong team player mentality essential for startup success
Bonus points:
 * Previous AI startup experience
 * Experience with workflow automation or no-code platforms
 * Active user of AI sales tools
 * Technical background or ability to understand complex integrations
