Cross-Functional Partnership Consultant
We are seeking a seasoned consultant with expertise in cross-functional partnership development and customer success.
This position requires delivering services that combine deep industry knowledge with consultative engagement skills, focusing on solution-oriented selling and collaborative account management.
Key Deliveries:
* Facilitate onboarding and enablement sessions for customers to maximize the value of our solutions.
* Develop strategic partnerships across multiple levels within client organizations.
Pipeline Development
* Identify opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts.
* Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in assigned territories.
* Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and presentations.
Solution Messaging
* Deliver compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of our solutions.
* Support marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and industry events.
* Represent us at conferences and trade shows as agreed.
Performance Reporting
* Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce).
* Provide regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables.
