Agile Team Coordinator
We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Team Coordinator to join our team.
* The ideal candidate will have more than three years of experience in Scrum Master roles and be proficient in Jira and Confluence tools.
About the Role
The Agile Team Coordinator will be responsible for guiding teams in mastering Scrum practices, leading Scrum events, and collaborating with Product Owners to refine backlog priorities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Guide teams in implementing Scrum principles and best practices.
* Lead daily Scrum meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
* Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
* Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress.
* Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
* Foster self-organization and teamwork among team members.
* Ensure adherence to Scrum values and principles.
Requirements
To be successful as an Agile Team Coordinator, you will need:
* More than three years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
* Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work in a GMT+2 timezone.
* Native Spanish level.
* Advanced English level.
