Role Description
This is a contract, remote role for physicians based in Brazil.
In this role, you will evaluate and improve AI-generated medical content used in patient-facing and clinical support scenarios. You will apply your clinical expertise to assess whether model outputs are safe, accurate, and appropriate for real-world use.
Rather than providing direct patient care, you will work on structured evaluation tasks, reviewing responses, identifying risks, and improving outputs. Your input will directly contribute to the development of higher-quality AI systems used at scale.
You will collaborate with internal teams focused on model evaluation, data quality, and system performance, helping define what high-quality medical reasoning and communication should look like in AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated medical responses in Portuguese (Brazil)
- Evaluate clinical accuracy, reasoning quality, and patient safety
- Identify missing information, incorrect assumptions, and escalation risks
- Assess whether responses are appropriate for real-world use in Brazil
- Improve and rewrite responses to increase clarity, safety, and usability
- Provide structured feedback to support model evaluation and training data development
- Contribute to defining quality standards for medical evaluation workflows
Qualifications
- Medical degree with active or recent clinical experience in Brazil
- Experience in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or urgent care
- Strong written communication skills in Portuguese (Brazil)
- Ability to apply clinical reasoning in ambiguous or incomplete scenarios
- High attention to detail when reviewing and evaluating written content
- Ability to clearly explain decisions and justify clinical judgment
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
