Job Title:
Training Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a professional to deliver exceptional service as our next training operations coordinator.
This role supports customers in Frankfurt and works closely with the customer's learning delivery team.
The key responsibilities include analyzing training needs, initiating and managing session creation, organizing training sessions, and ensuring their proper execution.
* Analyze the training needs provided by the Client and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per site,
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required,
* Organize the training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution,
* Calibrate and coordinate with the team for any changes/updates in the training event/program,
* Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required,
* Follow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool
Key Qualifications & Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations,
* Exposure to an international work environment,
* High-level understanding of the training landscape,
* Customer-focused approach is essential,
* Team player,
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely,
* Attention to detail, structured and organized, capable of prioritizing tasks,
* Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems,
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint
