As we continue to grow, we are looking for an IT Support Analyst to help ensure that our systems, platforms, and global teams run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsabilities: - Provide technical support for internal systems, tools, and equipment (hardware and software). - Support remote teams across multiple countries, ensuring fast response and resolution. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and document technical issues related to networks, systems, and devices. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding processes (Google Workspace, ClickUp, internal platforms, etc.). - Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to maintain high service availability and support internal projects. - Implement basic network configurations and provide guidance on security best practices. What we are looking for: - Based in Belo Horizonte, MG. - Studying or graduated in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. - Proven experience in IT support (hardware, software, and network troubleshooting). - Experience supporting remote teams and distributed operations. - Solid knowledge of networks, hardware maintenance, digital security basics, and productivity tools. - Strong communication skills, organization, autonomy, and time management. - English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking). Nice to have: - Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, PowerShell, Linux, or cloud services. - Certifications like CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, Google Workspace, or similar.
