Want to work with world class copywriters, videographers, operations, and other media buyers, to help clients grow to new heights? Well then look no further!
As we continue to grow our advertising agency, Client Accelerators is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to research, strategize, & then run ads across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google & other platforms. We currently spend over $3 Million a month across these platforms and you'll be helping increase that to $5 Million a month this year.
You will be working with some of the biggest names in the expert & consulting industry, clients like Russell Brunson, Anik Singal, Mike Tyson, Russ Ruffino, & many more. You'll work within a pod of videographers, copywriters, strategists, and data scientists to plan each client, forecast the targets we need to hit, script & direct each creative, then launch and work to hit forecasted targets every single quarter.
Responsibilities
Media Buying: Manage upwards of $50,000–$75,000 a day across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google Search & Display. Scale campaigns as success unfolds.
Forecasting: Create scenarios to hit client targets, map current metrics, and improve forecasts by lowering CPC and increasing conversion rates.
Data‑Driven Decision Making: Compile and analyze performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
Funnel Strategy: Identify funnel paths that underperform and increase conversion rates to deliver more revenue with the same traffic.
Creative Strategy: Work with the creative team to develop new angles and growth strategies that set clients apart from competitors.
Competitor Research: Analyze what works in a niche and use those insights to enhance ad & funnel performance.
Results
Achieve 95 % of projected quarterly bonus compensation targets for assigned clients.
Achieve 85 % of all projected clients’ quarterly profit & ROAS goals.
Successfully ramp 100 % of new junior media buyers to full productivity within 3 months.
Success in Your First Two to Four Months Looks Like
Seamlessly build ad account structures following CA best practices.
Show confidence in scaling and optimizing ad accounts, understanding client success metrics.
Collaborate on creative concepts and advertising campaigns based on proven performance.
Own your accounts while managing 5–7 clients and using Hyros, Google Sheets, and data analytics for insights.
Maintain strong client relationships with daily communication and monthly KPI reporting.
Work collaboratively with teammates on optimization techniques across accounts.
Communication Expectations
Use Slack for internal and client communications.
Practice over‑communication and speed in response.
Attend weekly full‑team meetings and daily stand‑ups with pod leads.

Requirements
3+ years of digital marketing experience with hands‑on conversion‑based funnel optimization.
3+ years of media buying team management experience.
Preference for webinar and coaching funnel experience.
Intellectually curious, constantly seeking to understand the why and how.
Upload, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns.
Increase traffic & revenue through channels like YouTube, Facebook, Search & Display.
Compile & analyze performance data for a‑creative, landing pages, and offers to identify optimization opportunities.
Prioritize multiple projects with tight and long‑term deadlines.
Collaborate with internal graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers.
Brainstorm new creative growth strategies and campaign ideas.
Monitor industry trends and competitors’ approaches.
