Role Overview:
We are looking for a customer-centric, self-driven individual to join our Customer Success team.
You will manage relationships with IR teams at public companies, guiding them from onboarding through to long-term adoption. You'll help clients integrate their data, extract insights, and embed Closir into their day-to-day workflows.
You will work closely with Research and Product teams to ensure high-quality data integration, surface client feedback, and improve the experience on Closir.Com.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with clients to understand their Investor Relations needs and drive adoption of the Closir platform.
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and support to senior IR teams.
* Deliver tailored onboarding, training, and consulting sessions.
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to champion client feedback and influence product direction.
* Build long-lasting relationships that foster retention, growth, and client advocacy.
Qualifications:
* Background in Investor Relations (in-house or advisory) – you understand the workflows, challenges, and priorities of IR professionals.
* Experience in consulting, customer success, or client-facing roles where you've advised senior stakeholders.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable solutions.
* Passion for SaaS, fintech, and improving how companies engage with investors.
* Fluent in English and Spanish
