OverviewSocial Commerce Strategist (TikTok Shop & Affiliate) drives revenue and optimizes affiliate and social commerce strategies through data-driven processes. Manages affiliate and social ambassador partnerships across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Amazon affiliate, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximizing partnership profitability. Responsible for affiliate production and outreach, optimizing social shops, and refining commission strategies based on GMV and engagement metrics. Serves as a key client liaison, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to sustain and strengthen client relationships. Keeps pace with industry trends and integrates innovative tactics to elevate social commerce results.Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.Power Digital is a growth marketing firm at the intersection of marketing, consulting & data intelligence. We are a people-first organization that values diversity and inclusion, with a mission to power growth through innovation and results.ResponsibilitiesTikTok Shops & Affiliate Management: Execute a TikTok Shop affiliate strategy and/or social ambassador program aligned with brand objectives, maximizing partnerships and revenue, including daily affiliate outreach through the TikTok Shop Affiliate center.Affiliate Outreach and Onboarding: Manage affiliate messaging systems and communities to encourage ongoing partnerships that are mutually beneficial.Commerce Optimization: Manage social commerce initiatives across platforms like TikTok and Meta, including setup and continuous optimization of social shops to enhance conversions and drive revenue for clients.Data-driven Reporting and Analytics: Track and report key metrics (GMV, response rate, program growth); develop affiliate commission strategies and analyze profitability. Create forecasts and goals based on historical data.Client Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates; seek out new opportunities and innovative strategies to enhance social commerce performance.Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.Role Requirements2+ years of experience in social media (agency experience preferred)Industry Expertise: Proactive in staying current with trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates in the social media landscape; able to apply knowledge to enhance strategies.Proficiency in TikTok Shop Seller Center: Comfortable navigating TikTok tools within their commerce suite; must have experience in the Affiliate management system.Affiliate & Ambassador Program Experience: Understanding of the social ambassador ecosystem with proven experience in at least one sub-affiliate program; bonus points for Impact experience.Client Variety: Proven track record of managing social media strategies for multiple clients across industries.Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.Commerce Management Experience: Experience setting up and optimizing social shops on TikTok/Meta to drive revenue and conversions.Performance Influencer Management: Proficient in managing influencer campaigns with performance goals (conversions, CTR, ROI).Autonomous Workflow Capability: Self-motivated and able to work independently to develop, execute, and manage social media strategies.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)REP Goal of $26,0000Hitting within 15% of target forecast or having key recommendations in place to hit goalsBelow 10% client churn rateUnderstand all department strategies and execute on 100%Able to navigate 100%+ difficult probing questions on performanceMost Important Things (MITs)Client performance and sentimentAutonomous workflow management and account ownershipDepartment supportPower Digital's people and culture are at the core of our success.
