Job Title: Process Management Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Process Management Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in task management and be able to define, control, and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and control processes related to task management
* Couch managers on best practices to plan their tasks and those of the employees reporting to them
* Act as supporting Scrum Master, Agile Coach, etc. in all areas that might benefit from such a role
* Proactively analyze and propose improvements to tasks management processes and practices
* Audit the proper usage of Jira
Requirements
* 3+ years of work experience in the role
* Formal certification/proof of knowledge on Agile and Scrum
* Deep knowledge of Jira use and configuration (Jira Certification is a plus)
* Previous work experience in the IT market
* Advanced English level
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to adapt quickly to new situations, and possess a strong analytical mindset. They will also be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
