What You’ll Do:
* Design, develop, and implement high-performance software applications across the full SDLC.
* Collaborate with users, analysts, and cross-functional teams to define software needs and translate them into functional solutions.
* Work hands-on with Siemens Polarion ALM for requirements management, testing, and quality assurance.
* Apply modern development standards to architect scalable, testable, and secure systems.
* Contribute to solution modeling, system interface definitions, and deployment planning.
* Participate in test reviews, analysis, and certification processes for production-ready software.
* Continuously improve development processes, tools, and code quality with a focus on security and compliance.
🧠 What You Bring:
* 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience (.NET, Java, or equivalent).
* Strong working knowledge of Polarion ALM (template configuration, dashboards, traceability).
* Understanding of ALM–PLM integration, system architectures, and NFRs.
* Proficiency with REST APIs, messaging (JMS/SOAP), and agile development methodologies.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (e.G., AWS), and containerization (Docker/Fargate).
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
🌟 Nice to Have:
* Experience with Windchill PLM, Oracle, and enterprise integration tools.
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks like IEC 61508 or CMMC.
* Exposure to Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices-based design.
