That's where you come in.We're looking for a Community Manager in Brasil to help us scale smarter, move faster, and raise the bar across everything we doIn this role, you´ll:Manage the day-to-day publishing and scheduling of content across social platforms, ensuring a loud presence every day of the week.Engage directly with the community by moderating comments, responding to direct messages, and driving meaningful real-time interactions that build loyalty and trust.Monitor audience sentiment closely to surface critical feedback, spot emerging trends, and quickly identify both crisis moments and unexpected opportunities.Partner closely with the Social Media Specialist to deliver cohesive, on-brand messaging that feels authentic and consistent across every channel and campaign.Contribute to the execution of locally relevant campaigns and special activations, playing an active role in creating memorable, high-impact moments for the community.Collaborate with the regional team to transform raw data and insights into clear, qualitative reports that inform strategy and fuel continuous improvement.Provide hands-on support for streaming activations and live events, helping bring energy, precision, and creativity to every broadcast experience.We're looking for someone who brings:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Community Manager.Proficient language skills in Spanish and/or English both written and verbalClose proximity to São Paulo to attend events and provide onsite coverage of exciting activations.Excellent writing, moderation, and community handling skills.Strong command of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn with easeShow a real passion for sports, gaming, and fast-moving, viral content—the kind of energy that fuels dynamic digital communities.Bonus points if you also haveExperience managing communities for brands that handle large volumes of interaction, where responsiveness and tone truly matter.Prior experience in the iGaming industry and/or handling social media accounts for tightly regulated industriesWe expect every team member to live our values:Accountability & Ownership – Take charge, own your craftReliability – Deliver with quality and consistencyTeamwork – Collaborate, challenge, and grow togetherWinner Spirit – Compete with purpose and gritWellbeing – Build a career that energizes youCuriosity & Innovation – Keep questioning.
