We’re looking for an exceptional entrepreneur, ready to diagnose, create and improve existing and new commercial/execution/planning processes to drive the Care, Pharma & Care Business Unit to a new level!If you’re looking for a place to propose, innovate and create, almost everyday, come and join us!
**Some of the Challenges and responsibilities you will face, include**:
- Guarantee commercial excellence and discipline within the sales team.
- To lead by example with accompanying the team to facilitate closing current deals and building an ambitious and solid potential pipeline.
- Ability to "open the doors" within current and new clients by offering the 360° Rappi Ecosystem solutions to the right stakeholders.
- Identify, design and execute new revenue opportunities based on the clients needs and analytics to leverage the category on a new baseline.
- Coach and Lead the commercial team.
- Bringing solutions along the way to achieve maker requirements by involving internal stakeholders.
- Assuring the proper billing process of different clients.
**Main Requirements**:
- +7 years of experience. Mainly in commercial roles. It's a plus having worked at Pharma, Care or Beauty industries.
- Resilient and "Can Do, Will do" mindset.
- Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
- Result oriented.
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuade.
- Lead c-level conversation with clients.
- Passion to transform, scale and overcome expectations.
