Job Description:
Ensure annual divisional initiatives that align with company initiatives are completed. Ensure a quality team of properly trained employees produce jobs completed according to SERVPRO Franchise procedures and processes. Supervise, monitor, and communicate with management staff to stay updated on jobs, documentation, budgeting, and any customer issues.
Responsibilities:Create and complete annual business plan and goalsConduct Managers' meetingsDevelop annual company budget, including projected revenue, projected expenses, and desired profit marginApply Stages Model Organization Chart to plan and help determine staffing needsOversee and assist with training and development of staff, as necessaryMonitor and manage Marketing, Production, and Office Divisions to meet (or exceed) revenue, expense, and profit goals and objectivesEnsure clear two-way communication with owner, managers, team members, property owners, and clients
Qualifications:High school diploma/GED, college degree preferredIICRC certifications—WRT and ASD, Master designation a plusEffective written and oral communication5+ years management experience in the Fire and Water Restoration industryIntermediate computer skillsExcellent leadership and communication skillsKnowledgeable at estimating, job costing, and quality controlWorking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Xactimate estimating softwareExperience working with property owners and clientsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessaryAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistanceExposure to chemicalsWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsAbility to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
