In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving technical inquiries related to Atlassian products. You will also assist with analyzing client challenges, recommending tailored solutions, and providing training on Atlassian tools and best practices.Qualifications Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering excellent service and building client relationships Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders Analytical Skills to assess client needs, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions Experience with Atlassian tools (such as Jira, Confluence, and JSM) and a deep understanding of their applications Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote work Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role and fluency in Portuguese and English are highly beneficial
