Mission of the Role
Responsible for performing service on submarine equipment with direct control system onboard vessels, ensuring quality, safety and client focus under onshore supervision.
Responsibilities
Perform preliminary check-list, ensuring all equipment and spares needed for operation are on board.
Fill daily operations bulletin and list of materials, equipment and tools.
Along with a technician, perform all necessary preliminary tests on equipment on board before installation.
Read, interpret and understand operational sequences, operating procedures and equipment manuals.
Write service handover documentation.
Participate in pre‑and post‑embarkation whenever requested by supervision or client.
Attend operational meetings, providing technical cooperation for the best service quality and safety.
Prepare operational reports and anomaly reports within established deadlines.
Perform disembarkation check‑list, verifying and reporting conditions of all equipment, tools and spares used during operation.
Maintain constant contact with client to support services.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations.
Lead some field operations, representing the company to the client.
Pursue continuous technical knowledge, aiming for operational autonomy.
Commit to company code of conduct by completing compliance courses within stipulated deadlines.
Ensure own and team safety by following company safety procedures and using safety equipment, avoiding accidents.
Participate in continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, complying with company quality policy.
Execute other related activities as requested by manager.
Minimum Requirements
High school technical education completed in Electronics, Electrical, Automation, Electromechanics, Mechatronics or related fields.
Active professional registry (CFT).
3–5 years of offshore experience in installation, operation and maintenance of subsea control systems for wet tree installations (ANMs), manifolds, SCMs, valves, etc.
Intermediate English (desired).
Residence in Macaé, Rio das Ostras, Campos dos Goytacazes or nearby region.
