Job Title: Vaccination Program Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled clinical project manager to oversee the successful delivery of vaccination programs across LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including GxP/GEP.
* Develop and implement project plans, including budget forecasting and burn rate monitoring.
* Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
* Communicate effectively with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in clinical project management.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management.
* Experience in managing projects across regions.
* Ability to interpret study protocols and develop project plans.
