Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the implementation of technologies;
* Training and guiding clients in the use of our technology services;
* Configuring and optimizing surveys, dashboards, and automated workflows;
* Conducting tests to ensure the quality and performance of all deliverables.

* Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory;
