Detailed Tasks
 * Sourcing new partners and executing partnership solutions.
 * Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial terms aligned with business objectives and strategy.
 * Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.
 * Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
 * Maintaining daily records of financial transactions.
 * Entering journal entries into the system as required.
 * Assisting in reporting and audit-related matters.
Ideal Candidate Profile
 * A minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Partnerships/Alliances within Financial Services and Internet industries is required.
 * Experience in relevant roles is highly valued.
 * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are necessary.
 * A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets is essential.
 * Strong experience in consultative sales with the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships is a must.
 * Familiarity with Affiliate Partner Management and Affiliate programs is also desired.
 * Attention to detail and delivering high-standard work is expected.
 * The ability to work in fast-paced environments and achieve goals is crucial.
 * Strong networking and relationship-building abilities are vital.
