Delivering IDP solutions requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. As an IDP Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze document requirements, design extraction strategies, configure IDP platforms, and orchestrate document workflows.
You'll be responsible for analyzing documents and business requirements to define extraction feasibility and development effort. Your task will also involve designing and architecting IDP solutions, including document classification, labeling strategies, extraction rules, NLP/ML models, and workflow design.

3. Build and manage workflows including validation and human-in-the-loop activities.
4. Conduct testing, performance evaluation, and quality assurance of extraction models.
5. Fine-tune classifiers, rules, and ML models to improve accuracy and meet KPIs.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
This role requires hands-on experience delivering IDP projects end-to-end, strong knowledge of document extraction techniques, and experience with IDP solutions design, architecture, and workflow definition.
A successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and proficiency in English (written and spoken). A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field is also required.
